Everything goes to permitted waste transfer stations to be sorted, including GBM Waste Management and Enva. We follow the waste hierarchy and reuse or donate where we can.

Bookings within 7 days are normally available, and sooner where the diary allows. If we cannot fit you in we will tell you straight away rather than leave you hanging, because you have a re-let date to hit.
Yes. 24/7 collections can be arranged for business customers, including overnight and before opening, where clearing during trading hours would get in the way.
Yes, on every job, emailed after we have tipped. You do not have to ask and you do not have to chase. If you need copies for an audit later, we can resend them.
Yes. Commercial work is invoiced, and account terms are available once we have done a few jobs together. Purchase order numbers can go on the invoice if your finance team needs them.
That is a lot of what we do. No hardstanding, restricted access, no permit or nowhere to leave one, we load by hand and take it away the same day. Nothing sits on site afterwards.
Most voids are. We clear hoarded properties, abandoned belongings and fly-tipped waste. Tell us honestly what is there and the price will reflect it. We would rather quote it right than turn up and renegotiate.
Yes, once we have seen a photo or the address and know what is there. If we find something genuinely different on arrival we will call you before doing anything, not add it to the invoice afterwards.
We are not licensed for hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals or clinical waste. If we spot any we will tell you and point you at someone who can. Everything else, including fridges, mattresses and upholstered furniture, we can handle.
We work across Nottingham, Newark, Southwell and Lincoln, plus the surrounding towns. If you are slightly outside, ask anyway, there is a good chance we are nearby.
