Enquiry and quote details you submit through this website, WhatsApp, email or phone. This includes your name, phone number, email address, postcode or area, the location of the waste, details about the job, your company name for commercial enquiries, and any photos you choose to send.
Correspondence. Records of our communications with you so we can respond and provide our service.
Website usage data. If you consent to non-essential cookies, information about how you use the site, collected via Google and Meta. See the Cookies section below.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
To arrange and carry out the waste clearance services you request.
To keep records, including waste transfer documentation where required by law.
To improve our website and, where you have consented, to measure the performance of our advertising.

We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet our legal and regulatory obligations including waste documentation, and resolve any disputes. In practice: enquiries are kept for 12 months, and job records and waste transfer notes are kept for 3 years. The statutory minimum for waste transfer notes is two years, so we keep them for longer than the law requires.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your information; ask us to correct or erase it; restrict or object to how we use it; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@prestigewasteclearance.com.
