The job in these photos: this garage in West Bridgford contained asbestos and was due to be demolished, but before that could happen it had to be emptied and everything in it disposed of legally. We cleared the contents in one visit so the demolition could go ahead. The asbestos itself was not part of our job: we do not remove asbestos.

Only if what is there is not what we were shown. If there is more than we were told about, or the access turns out to be different, we will tell you before we start loading so you can decide. Nobody finds out the price has moved once the van is full. On a job that matches the photos, what we quoted is what you pay.

Yes. Sheds and outbuildings can be cleared, and taken down too if you want the space back. Taking a structure down is a demolition and rip-out job, quoted per job.
No. We do the lifting and collect it from wherever it is, so nothing needs dragging to the kerb first, there is no skip sitting on your drive and no road permit to arrange.
We sort as we go. Anything still usable is passed on, reused or donated with your permission, and the rest goes to licensed waste transfer stations. You can read more about where our waste goes.
